  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack rice (preferably sushi rice)


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Mix the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan and simmer for a couple of minutes until thickened
  2. Brush half the mixture over the Salmon fillets and leave to marinade for 5 mins
  3. Place the fillets in a foil-lined baking tray and bake for 10 mins. Brush the rest of the mixture over the fish and cook for another few minutes ensuring it's cooked through.
  4. Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice (we recommend green beans)
