Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, peeled and chopped
  • 450g raspberries 
  • a few extra raspberries, to garnish 
  • 400ml skimmed milk
  • 200ml low-fat yogurt
  • 75ml honey

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth. If you desire a smoother consistency, press through a sieve to get rid of any raspberry seeds.
  2. Divide between 4 serving glasses. Garnish each with a few whole raspberries.
