Paprika Cauliflower Steak

Delicious, well seasoned, and very satisfying


1 large cauliflower head

1 teaspoon ground paprika

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pepper to taste



  • Preheat oven to 180˚C

  • Cut down the middle of the cauliflower and then slice again to make steaks of about 2.5cm thick (be sure to save off the cut offs to use in another dish)

  • In an oven tray lined with baking paper, place cauliflower steaks, drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle paprika, chilli flakes and pepper

  • Bake for around 20 minutes, remove from oven and serve while hot with a squeeze of lemon
